LTU Eases German Travel

Travel to and from Germany got more convenient Wednesday, as the first nonstop flight from Munich arrived at Southwest Florida International Airport.

Michael Schneider-Christians of Century 21 Sunbelt Realty shares his business experiences with 11th and 12th graders at Cape Coral High School Wednesday in the business classes of Dianna Quay, left, and Lois Stenger (not pictured). The Cape businessman is a volunteer with Junior Achievement, a national non-profit organization founded 85 years ago to contribute to the business education of young people.

The European Chamber Of Commerce of Southwest Florida held their April 2004 meeting in Naples at L'Auberge on Fifth. The guest speaker at this meeting was the Consul-General from France, Monsieur Christophe Bouchard. A very dynamic and spirited discussion was enjoyed by all of the attendees. Appearing in the photo (from left) Mr. Terrance “Terry” Stewart, City Manager of Cape Coral - Mr. Mike Jackson, Economic Development Director, Cape Coral - Michael Schneider-Christians - Christophe Bouchard, Consul General of France.

The GABC Naples office organized a first panel discussion at the Florida Gulf Coast University Campus. There was a diverse panel of experts, including Michael Schneider-Christians for Residential real estate. German was the language of the presentation. The presentation was attended by nearly 70 people and had as topics immigration, taxation and banking as well as real estate.

Michael promotes himself all over the county with this stunt. Michael's HUMMER is very well known and now in duplication running day in and out all over the county!

"At the 2002 TLC (Tender Loving Care) Olympic celebrity server dinner Michael together with Barbara Watt sponsored a table of 12. Michael being the celebrity server. With the help of Verena, their guests were 16 in total. This great group of people made it possible to collect and pledge more than $10,500. They were the winners of the evening streets ahead of the other medallists. Michael, Verena and Barbara want to thank their generous guests for making their Olympic sailing team the Gold Medal winner of the night."

Michael and Verena attended the full day "Operation Last Chance" end of May with the Cape Coral Police Force. "It was an eye opening experience and we could see how most of the children turned around and changed their attitudes in one day" said Michael. 
The Cape Coral Leadership class of 2001 took Operation Last Chance on as their community project. The class had great success with their first bachelor auction at the Bamboo Dance Club in Cape Coral, also in May. The auction raised more than $8,000 for the cause. Michael's wife Verena and Michael's assistant Maria are graduates from the Leadership 2001 class and were very involved in the auction preparations.

This was taken in March 2002 at the Century 21 Convention in San Antonio TX. Michael & Maria were being congratulated by Mr. Davis for ranking as the number 10 team for Century 21 in the nation.

A Night at the Toni's
The leadership class 1999 took the Cape Coral Community Theater Group on as their annual project. In May was the 2nd annual night at the Toni's. Michael was the MC. We collected funds in the amount of $2,500 which were handed to Marilyn Stout, the chairperson of the group.

# 19 in the Entire Nation!

Michael Schneider-Christians and his Team were recently honored at an awards dinner for sales excellence with sales in excess of $28 million dollars for the year 2000.  Michael and his Team of 5 professional assistants have also been awarded the 19^th Real Estate Team in the Entire Nation for the year 2000 in Las Vegas at the Century 21 International Convention  We would like to thank all of our clients and all fellow Realtors.  We look forward to doing the same in 2001.
