Steve was born in Santa Maria, California. He lived in St. Louis, Missouri, for a brief time, but grew up in Rockville, Maryland. After graduation at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, he lived in Newton, Iowa; Chicago, Illinois; South Bend, Indiana; and Nashville, Tennessee. He moved to Cape Coral in early 1991. He met his wife Cynthia in Southwest Florida, and they live in Cape Coral with their two young daughters. Cynthia, also a Realtor, works with Steve at Koffman & Associates.
Steve's hobbies include fishing, boating, golfing, and hunting. February often finds Steve and Cynthia skiing in the Rockies.

Michael was born in Wuppertal, Germany, and has a Master's degree in business. Michael and Verena have been married for 32 years. Verena was born in Cape Town, South Africa. They have two daughters, Vanessa and Valerie. Michael and his family moved to the United States in 1985 and commenced working as a Realtor for Barbara Watt, owner of Century 21 Sunbelt Realty, Inc., in February 1986.
Throughout his 20 years with Barbara Watt and Century 21 Sunbelt Realty, Michael has epitomized what a true professional stands for: honesty, integrity and dedication. With over $250 million sold to date in real estate, Michael and his team have achieved the honor of being awarded "Centurion" status 11 times, as well as achieving "Grand Centurion" status for 2000 through 2005. Michael and Verena love to travel. One of their favorite places is eastern and southern Africa with its wildlife. They have climbed Mount Kilimanjaro, traveled by 4x4 through Botswana to Victoria Falls in 2002, and traveled by 4x4 for more than 10,000 miles along the coastal areas of Australia in two different trips. In 1997 they traveled the Silk Road from Beijing to Rawalpindi in Pakistan in 21 days by bus, train, and plane. What a trip! Travel opens your mind!
Michael loves to listen to music as well. Michael and Verena also are very fond of art. You have to see their home; then you know. Over the years they have supported Arts for Act many times, even purchasing an original Darryl Pottorf. Their latest acquisitions are two Darryl Pottorf's out of the special artwork series, made by Darryl Pottorf and Robert Rauschenberg in support of the local trauma center in January 2003 and additional works in 2004.

Fran Breslin,

Mike Kain,

Mike was born is Sharon, Connecticut, which is on the New York-Massachusetts border. After graduating from the State University of New York at Potsdam College with a degree in Psychology and Education, he moved to the Cape Coral-Fort Myers area and began a career as a teacher. He grew up in a family of real estate investors/developers and used the buying and selling of real estate to supplement his teacher salary. After doing well in the investors' market, he left teaching to pursue real estate sales full time.

Ted Schindler,

Ted was born in a U.S. Army hospital in Heidelberg, Germany. Spending most of his childhood as an "army brat" in Germany, he was quite the world traveler before moving back to Pennsylvania. After majoring in Radio-Television-Film at Temple University, Ted received his FCC engineering license and worked as a disc jockey at Philadelphia-area radio stations.
On a whim, Ted took a part time job at Sears, Roebuck & Co. and soon realized his real calling in sales. Ted's part time job at Sears evolved into a 20-year career that saw him become one of the top performers in the country. In 1984, Ted won the Salesman of the Year trophy for his contribution in Sales, Management, and his ability to train future top performers.
Ted and his wife Dottie have been Cape Coral residents since 1988. After buying and selling properties in Cape Coral since 1986, Ted decided to follow his wife's lead and work for Century 21 Sunbelt Realty.
